These Terms govern your use of KnowYourTDEE (the "Service"), operated by Marava Tech, a business registered in India under the MSME (Udyam) scheme. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

KnowYourTDEE is provided free of charge for lawful use. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results produced by the tool are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marava Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The Service's name, design, and original content are the property of Marava Tech. Content you process with the tool remains yours.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
